Meagan has a track record of supporting schools and educational organizations with thoughtful, easy to implement, strategic plans, data tools, and management structures. She most recently served as Chief Strategy Officer for the Cristo Rey Network where she facilitated and authored two multi-year strategic plans, led the national data program which provided tools and analysis to 38 member schools, and supported schools 1:1 with everything from focused action planning to comprehensive strategic planning. Meagan has served in nonprofits for over 15 years. She holds a Masters in Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of the Holy Cross. She lives in Medford, Massachusetts with her husband and two children.
